Terms of Service

By accessing or using FlightyMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

FlightyMap is a flight visualization tool that allows you to import your flight history from the Flighty app and display it on an interactive map. The Service includes:

• CSV import functionality for Flighty exports
• Interactive map visualization of flight routes
• Flight history tracking and statistics
• Optional public sharing of your flight map

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload data that infringes on others' rights
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (maximum 1,000 flights per account)

You retain ownership of the flight data you upload to FlightyMap. By uploading data, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that data as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide. The data should be your own flight history exported from the Flighty app.

If you enable the public map feature, your flight routes will be visible to anyone with the shareable link. This includes origin and destination airports, dates, and route information. You can disable this feature at any time in your settings.

The Service relies on third-party services including Supabase and Google Maps. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.

FlightyMap and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FlightyMap is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Flighty or its parent company in any way.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of flight data displayed, airport information, or any statistics generated from your data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlightyMap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
